RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy  which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and full refund if you are not satisfied.

If you experience any issues with broken or damaged parts within 30 days please contact deesitems87@gmail.com so that a replacement part could be sent or for a full refund. We will cover any shipping costs for returns.

Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY

For X-ray equipment there is a 12 month warranty. This means that we will replace any parts at no cost to you if you were to experience any such issues. Just contact deesitems87@gmail.com to start the replacement process.

For Dental Loupes there is a 4 year PARTS replacement warranty. If you experience any wear and tear on your Loupe PARTS you can contact us for a replacement PART. If you have any issue with your light we can also replace it. We can help you with repairs as well. Contact us for repairs or replacement.

 

 

Option to purchase Replacement Loupe Warranty Plans

Warranties can only be purchased within 30 days of your loupes purchase

We offer the option to purchase REPLACEMENT plans. In the event that you experience personal irreplaceable damage to your loupes. 

We offer 2 year, 4 year and 6 year replacement plans.

Under these plans you can obtain replacement loupes if you experience irreplaceable damage on your loupes due to an accident. 

The plan does not cover lost or stolen loupes..

Damaged loupes must be sent to us in order to receive a replacement.
