DeeTect Wireless Loupes warranty is to cover any irreplaceable damage to your DeeTect Wireless Dental Loupes. \

THERE IS A SEPARATE WARRANTY OFFERED FOR ERGO LOUPES

You have the option to chose between a:

2 year warranty

4 year warranty

6 year warranty

3 year warranty (For Ergo Loupes Only)

The warranty will cover only irreplaceable damage to dental loupes such as: 

• Broken arm frame
• Broken magnification bifocal glass lenses
• Broken eye glass frame
  • (if  you have medical eye prescription on glass frame, this is not covered under your warranty and you will be required to pay 200$ for medical eye prescription frame)
• A broken headlight or battery
• A headlight or battery that is not working or lighting properly

If your loupes have a repairable damage that just needs repair, then we will repair them at no cost to you if you are still under our 4 year warrantee.

Otherwise you will need to pay a fee of ($50-150$) for a repair if your free 4 year warranty is expired even if you have purchased a replacement warranty.

You can only use a replacement warranty ONE time if your loupes do become damaged.

After that no other warranty can be purchased and no more replacements will be available unless:

• • If only your headlight was damaged and replaced, then your loupe glasses can still be replaced under the warranty until it expires
  • If only your loupe glasses were damaged then you can still replace your headlight under the warranty until it expires

The free 4 year repair warranty will no longer apply to any replacement loupes if the original loupe purchase was 4 years ago.

• you would need to pay for repairs under this case if your loupes do need a repair in the future

If you are still under 4 years of loupe purchase then your replacement loupes will still be covered under the 4 year repair warranty until the free 4 year repair warranty expires.

You have 30 days from your original purchase date on your loupes to purchase your warranty for your DeeTect Wireless Loupes.

A warranty certificate will be mailed to you by mail and e-mail so you can keep for your records..

Replacement warranties do not cover lost loupes.

The original loupes and or headlight must be mailed to us in order for us to give you a replacement pair of loupes.

We will mail you a physical copy and send you a virtual copy to your email of a warranty certificate once you have purchased your warranty.

This can be used in the case you have to use your warranty in the future.
